"Mansion may sell for record price"

A prominent Buffalo mansion on its most prestigious street is rumored to be selling for over $1 1/2 million which would be a record in the city. This news follows on the heels of the sale of a downtown condo for $1.45 million just a week ago or so. Both sales taking place in the third poorest city in the country which continues to hemorrhage its middle class.

One might be tempted to call it another example of "luxury city" syndrome.
